How Do You Take Care Of Stubborn Hair?

Is there any way to get my hair back in good shape if it gets frizzy if left untreated for a long time? Yes, it can be done through improvements in hygiene and diet.

1. Use conditioners and moisturizers liberally.

If your hair is very dry, lacks oil, and is extremely difficult to manage, choose a sulfate-free shampoo and concentrate it on your scalp. Let it rise to the ends of your hair.

Apply a deep conditioner to your HD lace frontal wig once a week before showering. Protect it with a shower cap. The steam from the shower is enough.

If you have curly wig with highlights, wash your hair with a sulfate-free shampoo every 2-3 days.

Wash regularly with shampoo once or twice a week, and co-wash (with conditioner only) on other days for frizzy, relaxed hair on West Kiss Hair Reviews.

2. Air dry or use a diffuser.

Best to air dry to reduce frizz; if you must, use a diffuser attachment on a medium-low setting on your hairdryer.

You can also try using a T-shirt instead of a towel to dry your hair. Towels tend to absorb too much moisture that hair needs. The smoothness of the T-shirt allows you to leave as naturally as possible.

3. Trim your hair regularly.

If you want your hair to grow back, cut damaged and split ends for health. You will still gain length! Untrimmed hair will eventually start to break at the ends due to wear and tear, and your hair will fall out faster than it grows.

Short hair should be trimmed every 4-8 weeks to maintain your style and cut.

Medium-length hair should be trimmed within 6-12 weeks.

Long hair should be trimmed every 8-12 weeks.

4. Get a low-maintenance hairstyle.

Find a style that suits your face shape and hairstyle and be catwalk-ready in 10 minutes or less!

Thicker hair types should opt for long hairstyles at least below the shoulders, as short hair can become voluminous and appear frizzy. You should also ask your stylist about long layers around your face to create a flattering shape.

Thin hair should avoid layering and go with a simple one-shot cut. Any length is fine, but make sure you don't add bangs!

If your hair is curly, opt for angled high hair that is longer at the front than at the back. You should also ask your stylist to thin your hair.

Wavy hairstyles can be of any length. Just be sure to ask for layers and touch up any frizz with your favorite styling product.

For straight hair, well-mixed layers and long hair are your best friends.

5. Take hair vitamins and maintain a nutrient-dense diet.

Lack of a good diet can lead to anemia, fatigue, weakness, constipation, loss of appetite, and weight loss.

Drink water to rehydrate.

Eat foods rich in B12.

Some foods you can add include meat, fish, poultry, dairy, and eggs.

For vegetarians and vegans, your fortified breakfast cereal usually includes some of the daily dietary guidelines.

In fact, maintaining hair is not troublesome, just pay more attention to some small details, and you will get a good hair quality.

At work, we must not only solve work tasks more perfectly but also learn to deal with complex interpersonal relationships. In life, the gap between them and their peers gradually widens. Some people find good jobs that they strive for, and some people happily submit their answers to get married. On the other hand, the 25-year-old me seems to be still the same⌛️, acting with a youthful spirit, and childishness mixed with maturity and stability that I am not yet familiar with.
